EXCELLENT Basée sur 273 avis Chrissi Im Dezember 2024 war ich erneut mit meiner Partnerin für 4 Übernachtungen in einer der Wohnungen in diesem Haus. Wie schon die letzte Wohnung im Block A hatte nun die Wohnung im Block C eine traumhafte Aussicht auf Monacos Stadtteil Larvotto und genau vor den Augen das imposante Odeon-Building! Das Meer ist optisch omnipräsent! Nach links sieht man Roquebrune-Cap-Martin und sogar dahinter bis nach Ventimiglia und Bordighera. Die Aussicht ist exzellent! Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig und verfügt über ein Sofa, eine Couch welche zum Bett umgelegt werden kann, einen großen TV, eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine (in dieser Wohnung war es eine für Nespresso) sowie Wasserkocher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Sogar eine Anzahl an Tee, Kaffee und Zucker war vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und gemütlich. Im Schrank ist auch ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Das Bad/WC ist groß, hat eine Badewanne und einen Handtuchheizkörper. Es ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine Badewanne. Diese Wohnung hatte auch einen zugewiesenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz! Das ist in Monaco und Beausoleil Gold wert, denn dort oben einen freien öffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden ist abenteuerlich! Der Check-In findet online statt und dauert 1 Minute. Man erhält eine top übersichtliche Fotostrecke wo man wie ins Gebäude kommt und den Schlüssel erhält. Alles automatisch ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Check-Out geht genauso. Das Personal bekamen wir zwar nicht zu Gesicht, weil es nicht notwendig war, aber die Kommunikation über die Medien ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und zielorientiert! In the event of damage or breakage, who is responsible?
We have 2 packages to choose from. Depending on the package you choose, there are two options available to you:
Guaranteed rent: Any damage or breakage occurring in the course of our rental activity is fully covered by Manasteos.
Concierge service: Manasteos assumes no liability under this option. The owner must take out insurance appropriate to the activity carried out. However, the partner platforms with which we work closely automatically deduct a deposit from the traveller each time a reservation is made. This deposit will be retained in the event of a problem.
Who pays the cleaning costs in the concierge package?
Cleaning costs are added to the booking price. They are therefore paid by travellers.
How can you ensure that travellers don't disturb the neighbours?
At Manasteos we have developed an in-house algorithm for filtering travellers and blacklisting troublemakers.
By being available 7 days a week, the slightest problem reported will be dealt with almost instantaneously.
If the rules are not respected, our contract stipulates that we have the right to stop the rental.
What about tax?
Taxation depends on the option you choose.
Guaranteed rent option: there is no difference in taxation between the Manasteos solution and a traditional tenant. For those concerned, Manasteos also allows you to rent bare property to retain the advantages of the property or SCI tax regime.
Concierge service option: Rental income from seasonal lets is taxed in the same way as a standard tenancy, depending on your tax regime (LMNP, LMP, SCI, etc.).
