However, the partner platforms with which we work closely automatically deduct a deposit from the traveller each time a reservation is made. This deposit will be retained in the event of a problem.
Who pays the cleaning costs in the concierge package?
The cleaning costs are paid by travellers.
How can you ensure that travellers don't disturb the neighbours?
At Manasteos we have developed an in-house algorithm for filtering travellers and blacklisting troublemakers.
By being available 7 days a week, the slightest problem reported will be dealt with almost instantaneously.
If the rules are not respected, our contract stipulates that we have the right to stop the rental.
