Where can guests park in Èze when I rent out my property short term?

What are the rules for short-term rentals in Èze?
In Èze, a second home let as furnished tourist accommodation must be declared to the town hall (Cerfa form). The tourist tax is collected by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis. The law limits the letting of a main residence to 120 days a year, unless the town has chosen a lower cap: check with the town hall. A national registration number is due to become mandatory in every town once a government online service opens, planned for late 2026.

In the event of damage or breakage, who is responsible?
We have 2 packages to choose from. Depending on the package you choose, there are two options available to you:
Guaranteed rent: Any damage or breakage occurring in the course of our rental activity is fully covered by Manasteos.
Concierge service: Manasteos assumes no liability under this option. The owner must take out insurance appropriate to the activity carried out. However, the partner platforms with which we work closely automatically deduct a deposit from the traveller each time a reservation is made. This deposit will be retained in the event of a problem.
